Description

San Remo Pearl CousCous is produced from the finest quality durum wheat. Milled into fine semolina then formed into versatile ‘pearls’ of pasta, this traditional Italian style of Pearl CousCous takes 16 minutes to prepare to al dente perfection. Mix with vegetables, meat, fish or pasta sauces for a delicious main dish or as a cold salad.San Remo is prouldy Australian Family Owned.

Ingredients

Durum Wheat Semolina (Gluten).

Usage Instructions

1. Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil in a saucepan and add 100g of Pearl CousCous. 2. Saute till CousCous turns light brown. Add 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water. 3. Cover and simmer for 16 minutes or until all water is absorbed, stirring occasionally.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place.
