WINEMAKING
A multi-region blend with fruit sourced from King Valley Victoria and Riverina New South Wales. The 2021 season was remarkably cooler in both regions, in comparison to previous years. This enabled crisper acidity, vibrant and refreshing flavours, characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc. The two parcels of fruit were blended to complement each other, ensuring the balance of fruit and palate structure was harmonious.
