Texturally viscous with a creamy like feel, it is filled with sweet concentrated flavours of raisins, honey and marmalade over fine spirit, marzipan and some classic barrel aged rancio characters.

Winemaking
This wine spent a minimum age of 5 years in small oak casks. These years spent maturing, combined with 6 generations of fortified experience ensures that the wine is consistent in its quality and style year in ,year out.
