Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc from select vineyards in the Riverina were chosen for their intense varietal characters.
SEASON
A dry winter followed by late spring rains enabled vines to produce healthy bunches of fruit. A hot summer brought an early vintage with crops slightly below average and no disease.
TASTING NOTE
Citrus and tropical flavours on the nose. The palate is balanced, ending with lively acidity.
WINE STYLE
Fresh, fruity, easy drinking dry white wine.
WINEMAKING
The juice was fermented cold to retain fruit flavour and freshness before being clarified and bottled.
