San Remo Fresh Fettuccine contains fresh free range eggs and has no added artificial colours or flavours.Translating as ‘little ribbons’ Fettuccine is traditional to Central and Southern Italy, eminently in Lazio. Ingredients

Durum wheat semolina, water, egg (12%), salt, food acid (lactic acid), spice.

Usage Instructions

Add pasta to 3-4 litres of boiling water, with salt to taste. Return to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes, or until desired texture is reached, then drain. If frozen, fully thaw pasta in the refrigerator and cook pasta as per above cooking instructions.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C. May be frozen.
